Excellent apartment!
This is my 3rd time renting this apartment. Gorgeous balcony overlooking downtown Birkdale. So many little shops all within walking distance. Easy to park and get into the apartment. There are no elevators to this floor. Apartment is always spotless. Bed is so comfy. There is dishes, untensils, coffee, tea, towels etc. No need to bring a lot. We will definiely be back!

Excellent location!
Condo is beautiful. Can't beat the large balcony overlooking downtown. Parking was easy. I will definitely be back! Excellent host although check in can be confusing.

Wonderful Weekend Getaway
Truly enjoyed our stay this weekend! The CNM Accommodation team was a delight to work with and the apartment was amazing! A wonderful home with easy access to local shopping and beautiful neighborhoods. We will definitely return soon! Thank you for a great weekend!
