Overall a great place to stay. Location is excellent, Birkdale Village has all the amenities you need. Apartment is good, well stocked and comfortable. Cleanliness could be improved on, however when brought to managers attention they offered to deal with it right away. Only drawback is people cleaning sidealks weekly with pressure washer very early inbthe morning. Overall would recommend.

Justin was awesome and the condo was lovely - very clean, comfortable bedding, perfect setup and great location. Recommend you stay a few days to really enjoy all this location has to offer.
